Hurried water is a sculptural piece displaying black and white images and a poem.
The piece is intended to resemble the form of a book and consists of 3 panels, each 30×30 cm on MDF
a coil of hurried water
mills a thought between two stones
cradle the wisdom it may hold
Words rearranged by Caroline Dear from a poem ‘Hazelnut’ by Mark Goodwin
Alder
Shame is hidden here.
Among the branches, leaves sieve
the light from the light,
the grains from the dust,
scattering the traces of a tryst.
